Frequently Asked Questions

If I want Green, which option should I choose on this page?

Choose the SKU explicitly labeled Green / 24 Inch. The other listed options are Pink / 24 Inch and Pink / 26 Inch, so a 26-inch selection here does not currently represent a green bike.

Is the green cruiser available in 26 inches from this listing?

A Green / 26 Inch SKU is not listed here. If you need that combination, confirm availability with XJD rather than selecting a pink 26-inch option and assuming the color will remain green.

Is this an easy-to-mount cruiser for everyday riding?

The product notes identify a low-step steel frame. It can simplify getting on and off, but the rider should check standing clearance and reach on the green 24-inch configuration before riding.

Does the green 24-inch cruiser have a gear shifter?

Its drivetrain is recorded as single speed. There are no gears to select for hills, so consider terrain and rider strength when comparing it with the geared cruiser listings.

Can the basket and rear rack carry a second rider?

The described basket and rack are for belongings. No verified passenger capacity or approved child-seat arrangement is provided, so use them for properly secured cargo within the manufacturer's stated limits.
