Shipping Policy

XJD Bikes aims to make delivery clear and dependable. This policy reflects the XJD service standard of free delivery and prompt warehouse processing.

Order processing

In-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, during major promotions, or while an address or payment review is pending may take longer. If a material delay prevents timely dispatch, we will provide an update using the contact details supplied with the order.

Shipping cost and destination

Standard shipping is free for eligible products and destinations shown at checkout. Delivery availability depends on product size, warehouse coverage, carrier limits, and the complete delivery address. Any optional expedited service or destination-specific charge will be shown before payment.

Tracking and delivery estimates

When tracking is available, we will attach it to the order or send it by email. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier congestion, customs, remote-area service, address problems, and events outside our control can affect transit time.

Address accuracy

Please check the recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code, phone number, and email before submitting the order. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, an address change may not be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.

Multiple parcels and delivery issues

Accessories and bicycles may ship separately. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check the delivery location and household members, then contact the carrier and our support team promptly. Report visible carton damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item as soon as possible and keep the packaging and photographs for review.

International delivery

Where international delivery is offered, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local compliance unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.
