Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unused, unmodified, clean, and in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging, manuals, accessories, parts, labels, and proof of purchase. Assembly for inspection should not leave wear, damage, or missing packaging. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, gift cards, personalized items, and products marked final sale are not eligible unless required by law.

Start a return first

Open a customer support ticket before sending anything. Include the order number, item, reason for return, and photographs when the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Wait for return instructions and the approved return destination; do not send the parcel to a manufacturer or an address found on the original carton without authorization.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any non-refundable carrier cost. If the item arrived defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will review the evidence and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, replacement, a prepaid return, or a refund. Use a trackable, adequately insured service for valuable returns.

Inspection and refunds

After the return is received, we inspect the product and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time before the credit appears. A reasonable deduction may apply when value has been reduced by use, damage, missing parts, or packaging loss not caused by us, where permitted by law.

Exchanges and gifts

Defective or damaged items may be replaced after review. For a different model, size, or color, the usual process is to return the eligible item and place a new order. Gift refunds are handled according to the original payment record and applicable law.
