Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order the purple basket bike in a 12-inch size?

The current purple listing offers 14-, 16- and 20-inch options. Its general description also mentions 12 inches, but that size is not a selectable SKU here. Choose an available size that fits now rather than assuming a smaller version will be supplied.

Will the purple bike still fit as my daughter grows?

The product notes confirm adjustable seat and handlebar heights. Those adjustments can refine the fit within the chosen wheel size, but cannot turn a 14-inch bike into a 20-inch bike. Recheck reach, comfortable pedaling and standing clearance as she grows.

Are training wheels part of this purple basket model?

Training wheels are confirmed for this product. Have an adult follow the selected size's instructions when fitting and adjusting them, and supervise practice on a level, traffic-free surface.

Does the basket mean a doll seat is included too?

A basket is identified in this product's title; a separate doll seat is not confirmed in its included components. If carrying a doll behind the saddle matters, ask about the exact box contents or choose a listing explicitly named Basket & Doll Seat.

Does the purple bike need gear shifting?

No. Its recorded drivetrain is single speed, so the rider does not have to choose gears while learning. Consider a different drivetrain if regular climbing is an important part of your routes.
